Library Board
Description
The Clayton County Library Board of Trustees is the governing body and policymaker for the library system and has the final authority and responsibility for the library system and its services. The board has both legal and fiduciary responsibilities, hires and fires the library director, sets policy, determines the library mission, and is directly accountable to the public.
