Effective July 1, 2022, E-filing will be Mandatory for all CIVIL filings.
Effective July 1, 2022 Magistrate Clerk’s office will no longer accept requests for
Sheriff Service. Sheriff Service on any civil filing will need to be filed directly
through the Sheriff’s Department.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
- Effective March 1, 2022, E-filing will be Mandatory for Attorneys for all Non-Criminal Cases.
- Effective March 1, 2022, E-filing will be Mandatory for all Abandoned Motor Vehicle and Dispossessory Cases.

If you submit an extra copy of a document in order to have it file-stamped for your records, you must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Otherwise, the extra copy will not be returned to you.
