We Keep Clayton Rolling

Fleet Maintenance obtains an impressive record of keeping more than 1,393 county vehicles in service in order to serve Clayton County citizens. This includes all Police, Sheriff, Transportation and Development, Fire/Emergency Medical Services, Landfill equipment, and various other Departments throughout the County.

Garage hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm.

Fuel Service Station

The Fleet Maintenance Division is also responsible for the fueling system on all county vehicles. Gasoline and diesel fuel are available through the County Service Station located at 1347 Government Circle in Jonesboro. All vehicles are run on a gas “key” system unless other arrangements have been made.
