Board Opts Out of GA House Bill 581 in Favor of Local Option
The Clayton County Board of Commissioners voted to opt of House Bill 581 at a special-called Board of Commissioners meeting held Thurs., Feb. 20, 2025, in line with Resolution 2025-36, which must be filed with the Secretary of State by the deadline, March 1, 2025.
Special Called Meeting: Public Hearing
The Clayton County Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Called Meeting to determine whether to opt out of House Bill 581 and to discuss any related issues.
New Facility Upgrades for Parks
