The building permit section issues building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing permits for residential and commercial remodels/repairs and new construction. Ensure that subcontractors and contractors have obtained proper licensure with the state of Georgia prior to issuing building permits; issues Certificates of Occupancy (C/O) or Certificates of Completion (CC) to homeowners, contractors and business owners at the completion of construction.
Fees will be verified after application(s) are submitted.
