Chief Master Sgt. Betty J. Abraham
Betty J. Abraham served in the US Air Force for 30 years, from March 1978 to May 2008. During her military service, she worked in Communications Security (Morse Code), as an Aircraft Dispatcher, and in Physical Therapy. She held various special duties, including First-Term Airman Superintendent, Superintendent of Professional Development for Airmen, NCOs, and SNCOs, and as the Base Career Advisor. She culminated her career as Chief of the Medical Group at Moody AFB, Georgia.
Currently, Betty is the CEO and small business owner of Crown2Sole, which provides Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Massage services. She is also the director of individual and group exercise, and educational classes, and wellness seminars. Betty is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist, certified Senior Aerobics Instructor and Senior Strength Trainer, Acupressure Practitioner, CPR and Tai Chi Instructor. She recently graduated from the Georgia State University College of Arts and Sciences, Graduate Certificate Gerontology Program, and is now a Certified Gerontologist.
Betty is affiliated with the American Massage Therapy and Physical Therapy Associations, the World Tai Chi Association, and the Southern Gerontological Society. She is excited to bring her superior ethical standards of Integrity, Service, and Excellence to Clayton County, Henry County Senior Centers, Sacred Journey Hospice, and Spalding County.
Her mantra is “given in the service of our [my] country; to now service our [my] country’s communities.”BJA
