ARC Allocates $1.9 Million from Families First Coronavirus Response Act to Provide Meals to Older Atlantans
The Atlanta Regional Commission announced today that the agency has provided $1.9 million in federal pandemic relief funds to expand the number of older adults across metro Atlanta receiving meal deliveries from ARC partner providers.
Clayton County Rotary Club’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts to Impact Seniors and Local Nonprofits
The Rotary Club of Lake Spivey/Clayton County and its 35 business and professional members, Hearts to Nourish Hope, Lend a Hand, Rotary District 6900, Rotary International, and Lata and Manjeet Chinnan are joining efforts to provide COVID-19 care packages to seniors and the community at large.
Summer Camp Cancellation Notice Alternative Services and Programs Offered
Clayton County will not host its regular summer camp programs due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. However, the county does plan to offer drop-in services and/or virtual programs as recreational options.
