Notice of Livestream of Division 9 Proceedings
In compliance with Uniform Superior Court Rule (U.S.C.R.) 9, Judge Carter hereby provides notice that public access viewing of virtual calendars is available via Zoom videoconferencing. The Zoom information is available on the Division 9 calendars.

Parties must log in with their full first and last name to enter court.  Any video, photo, or audio recording or reproducing of the virtual proceedings is strictly prohibited and subjects the individual to contempt of court.

Individuals without access to virtual technology may utilize the technology at the Courthouse via a broadcast of the hearing in Courtroom 404 or using the computers in the law library on the third floor of the Harold R. Banke Justice Center, when the Center is open to the public.

Failure to email the Judge’s staff a copy of your FILED pleadings may result in a delay of the Judge’s consideration of the filing.  Pursuant to U.S.C.R. 6.1 and 7.4, courtesy copies of filings and motions for Division 9 cases should be directly emailed to: JudgeCarterCourtesyFilings@claytoncountyga.gov
