Clayton County Board of Commissioners Name Senior Center in Honor of Sonna Singleton Gregory
In a unanimous vote, the Clayton County Board of Commissioners renamed the Northeast Senior Center in honor of the late Vice-Chairwoman/District 1 Commissioner Sonna Singleton Gregory at the Tuesday, June 1, 2021 Regular Business Meeting. Gregory passed on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
Commissioner DeMont Davis to Host COVID-19 Vaccination Events
Clayton County District 4 Commissioner DeMont Davis in partnership with Clayton County Fire & Emergency Services is hosting a free Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vaccination event on Saturday, June 12, 2021, and Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Legends Headquarters Sports Bar & Grill.

Launch of the inaugural episode features the overarching topic of the county’s Strategic Plan with hostess Communications Administration Valerie L.
