Office of Communications Launches the New Clayton Connected Podcast

 

(Clayton County, GA)- The Clayton County Office of Communications is excited to announce its new Clayton Connected Podcast! Launch of the inaugural episode features the overarching topic of the county’s Strategic Plan with hostess Communications Administration Valerie L. Fuller and Chief Operations Officer Detrick Stanford.

“We are constantly looking for ways to better engage and connect with our current and potential residents, businesses, communities, and partners,” said Chief Operations Officer Detrick Stanford. “Our Clayton Connected Podcast is another way to provide options for our diverse audience, improve our communications brand and image, while sharing important information, highlights, and facts. Anyone who desires can learn more about government operations, programs, services, events, and all the wonderful things to enjoy in Clayton County, where the world lands and opportunities take off, at their leisure.”

Tune in to the Clayton Connected Podcast to learn more about the Clayton County Board of Commissioners strategic plan and its pillars (Professional Growth Management, Fiscal Responsibility, Economic Growth, Communication & Image, and Quality of Life). The strategic plan is the county’s road map that correlates with the goals and work of department leaders and staff to make improvements for Clayton County residents and communities.

(Clayton County, GA)-The award-winning Clayton County Board of Commissioners Office of Communications earns the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Georgia Reputation/Brand Management Award of Excellence for the Clayton County Branding Project. Clayton County was honored and recognized at the Annual PRSA Georgia Awards Celebration, at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia in November.
