2019-01 A Resolution providing for the designation of the Vice-Chairman for the Board of Commissioners.

2019-02 A Resolution prescribing the depositories of public funds for Clayton County.

2019-03 A Resolution providing for the authorization of the Chief Financial Officer to deposit Clayton County Funds into the local government investment pool.

2019-04 A Resolution providing for the designation of persons authorized to sign checks on a bank account of Clayton County.

2019-05 A Resolution authorizing Clayton County to exercise its powers of eminent domain in accordance with provisions of GA. 2019-08 An Ordinance to amend the Code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically Part I, Chapter 42 "Fire Prevention and Protection", Article IV "Open Burning", so as to delete Section 42-92(b) "Medical Exemption".

2019-9 - An Ordinance adopted under the Home Rule Powers specifically granted to the governing authority of Clayton County pursuant to Article IX, Section II, Paragraph I (B)(1) of the Constitution of the State of Georgia of 1983, amending the Local Act of the General Assembly creating and composing the Clayton County Board of Commissioners and setting forth the general provisions governing Clayton County Government; to change the provisions governing meeting times  to provide an effective date of this ordinance; and for other purposes.  WHEREAS, the Clayton County Board of Commissioners now desires to amend the Act to establish new meeting times, specifically Part I, Section 2 - 4 "Meetings," to remove conflicting language contained elsewhere within the Clayton County Code of Ordinances; to provide an effective date of this ordinance; and for other purposes. 

2019-10 A Resolution authorizing Clayton County to modify its method of receiving public comments during Board Meetings in an effort to create and maintain order during said meetings and work sessions.

2019-11 An Ordinance to amend the Code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically Part I "Related Laws Pertaining to Clayton County", Chapter 2 "Administration", Article II "Board of Commissioners", Section 2-35-01 "Agenda"; to repeal conflicting laws, ordinances, and resolutions; to provide for severability; to provide for an effective date of this Ordinance; and for other purposes.

2019-12 An Ordinance to amend the Code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically to delete Part I, Chapter 2 "Administration", Article IV "Purchases and Property Disposition"; Division 6 "Contracting Requirements"; Section 2-135 "Approval Contracts"; Subsection (B) "Chief Operating Officer Authority" and Section 2-136 "Change Orders and Contract Modification" Subsection "B" Chief Operating Officer Authority and replace said subsections with new subsections.

2019-13 A Resolution to rescind Resolution 2018-126.

2019-14 A Resolution adopting a moratorium on the acceptance of all application for development or building permits for review and consideration by the Clayton County Department of Community Development as they relate to existing or proposed properties within the property identified as the Mountain View Overlay District by Ordinance 2018-125 within Clayton County to be in effect from enactment through and including June 30, 2019, or earlier.

2019-15 A Resolution adopting a moratorium on the acceptance of all application for development or building permits for review and consideration by the Clayton County Department of Community Development as they relate to existing or proposed properties zoned Urban Village within Commission District 4 within Clayton County to be in effect from enactment through and including June 30, 2019, or earlier.

2019-16 A Resolution to initiate the process to amend the boundary of the Old Dixie Overlay District.

2019-17 A Resolution to abolish the Deputy Chief Operating Officer position in the Commissioner's Office.

2019-18 A Resolution to abolish the Marketing and Communications Superintendent position in the Department of Parks and Recreation.

2019-19 An Ordinance to amend the Code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically to amend Part I "Related Laws Pertaining to Clayton County", Chapter 2 "Administration", Article I "In General", Section 2-11 "Chief Operating Officer"; to repeal conflicting laws, ordinances and resolutions; to provide for severability; to provide for an effective date of this ordinance; and for other purposes.

2019-20 A Resolution authorizing Clayton County to enter into a second lease agreement with BVC Crossroads South, LLC, providing for the lease of space located at 747 North Avenue, Jonesboro, Georgia, for use by the Clayton County Police Department.

2019-22 An Ordinance to amend the Code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically, Code of Clayton County, Georgia, Chapter 22 "Businesses" to add a new Article XII entitled "Short Term Rental Units"; to provide for the regulation of short-term rental units.

2019-24 An Ordinance to amend the Code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically, Code of Clayton County, Georgia, Chapter 70 "Personnel", Article II "Code of Ethics" to modify the process for appointment of members to the Board of Ethics.

2019-25 A Resolution authorizing Clayton County to enter into Articles of Agreement with Clayton Community Services Authority, a community charitable organization located and conducting business in Clayton County.

2019-26 A Resolution authorizing a sign location and maintenance agreement with Wagner Averly Investors I, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, Wagner Averly Investors II, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, and Orp Averly Investors, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, to convey an easement for the right to locate and maintain a sign within the unpaved right of way of Battle Creek Road.

2019-27 A Resolution authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of two Utility Relocation Agreements with Georgia Power Company in connection with the Battle Creek Road and Mount Zion Boulevard Widening Project.

2019-28  A Resolution authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of a Reimbursement Agreement with Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, Inc. in connection with the Battle Creek Road Widening Project.

2019-30  A Resolution authorizing Clayton County to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Southern Crescent Technical College to provide welding skills instruction for inmates within Clayton County's Correctional Facilities.

2019-31  A Resolution authorizing Clayton County to enter into a Location Agreement with Peachy Clean Productions, L.L.C., providing for the terms and conditions under which Clayton County property will be used for the purpose of photographing, filming and recording.

2019-32 An Ordinance to amend the code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically, code of Clayton County, Georgia, Chapter 94 "Traffic and Vehicles" to add a new Article V entitled "Low Speed Vehicles;" to provide for the regulation of low speed motorized vehicles; to repeal conflicting laws, ordinances, and resolutions; to provide severability; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes. 

2019-34  A Resolution to authorize the chairman to execute film location agreements; to provide an effective date of this resolution; and for other purposes.

2019-35  A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Clayton County, Georgia to support "A Taste of Clayton Arts, Music and Food Festival" presented by Commissioner Felicia Franklin Warner and the Clayton County Parks and Recreation Department.

2019-36  A Resolution authorizing Clayton County to exercise its powers of eminent domain in accordance with provisions of GA. Laws for the purpose of acquiring certain property for use by the Clayton County Department of Transportation and Development for the Battle Creek Road and Mount Zion Boulevard Widening Project (from Southlake Parkway to Somerton Drive) (STP-9108-00(004).

2019-39  A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Clayton County, Georgia to apply for and, if approved, accept grant funds from the Atlanta Regional Commission for Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) supplemental funding.

2019-41 An Ordinance to amend the code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically, code of Clayton County, Georgia, Chapter 18 "Buildings and Building Code Regulations", Article VI "Construction Standards" to add a new Subsection 18.62 entitled "Abandoned Construction Sites;" to repeal conflicting laws, ordinances, and resolutions; to provide severability; to provide an effective date; and for other purposes.

2019-42 An Ordinance to amend the code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically, code of Clayton County, Georgia, Part II, Chapter 14 "Animals", by adding a new Article XIII "Community Cat Program", and code sections thereunder; to repeal conflicting laws, ordinances, and resolutions; to provide for severability; to provide an effective date of this ordinance; and for other purposes.

2019-43 An Ordinance to amend the code of Clayton County, Georgia, as amended, specifically, Chapter 2, Administration Article IV - Purchases and Property Disposition, Division 1, General Provisions, Section 2-93- Definitions, to add definitions for Annual Contracts and Public Works Construction; to add a subsection (d) to Division 3. -Purchasing Methods, Sec 2-111. Summary of general purchasing methods to add annual contracts as a method of procurement; and to add a subsection (d) to Division 6, contracting requirements, section 2-136, change orders and contract modifications to provide additional approval authority to the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Central Services and Chairman of the Board of Commissioners to approve change orders; to repeal conflicting laws, ordinances, and resolutions; to provide for severability; to provide an effective date of this ordinance; and for other purposes.
