Annual Notice of Assessments
(Clayton County, GA) – Annual Assessment Notices will be mailed on Fri., April 26, 2024. The last day to appeal property for the year will be Mon., June 10, 2024.
Property value appeals can be submitted three ways:
In-Person: Residents can visit the Tax Assessors Office, 121 S. McDonough St. Annex 3, Jonesboro, GA 30236, and complete an appeal form.
Via Mail: Residents can mail an appeal form and it MUST be postmarked by Mon., June 10, 2024.
Online: Residents can fill out an online form by accessing: https://www.claytoncountyga.gov/government/tax-assesor/notice-of-assessment-information/.
