HELPS CONNECT CLAYTON COUNTY SENIORS WHO SUFFER FROM ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE OR ANY OTHER RELATED DEMENTIA TO ADEQUATE NUTRITION AND ESSENTIAL NEEDS. SENIORS AND CAREGIVERS ELIGIBLE CAN DRIVE BY THE CENTER TO RECEIVE THEIR CARE PACKAGE.
