Chairman Jeffrey E. Turner to Deliver Virtual 2021 State of the County Address

(Clayton County)–The Clayton County Board of Commissioners Chairman, Jeffrey E. Turner, will deliver the State of the County Address, presented by the Council for Quality Growth, on Wednesday March 10, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. The in-person event is not open to the public due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The public may register to attend the virtual live-stream: https://councilforqualitygrowth.memberzone.com/eventregistration/register/4165 . Chairman Turner’s speech will stream at 10 a.m.

Entry to the in-person event is by invitation only, which is limited to program participants, special guests, and media representatives at the Clayton County Performing Arts Center, 2530 Mount Zion Parkway, Jonesboro, GA, 30236.

“As a county, we have persevered through this extremely trying time,” said Chairman Jeffrey E. Turner. “There is not anyone who has not been gravely impacted by COVID-19, yet we have still persisted. We remain Clayton connected even through this pandemic.”
