Pizza Farm
Pizza Farm is an educational program designed to expose urban youth to good nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, and Georgia’s agriculture. The Pizza Farm consists of seven stations that each represent the various parts of a pizza and showcase pizza’s connection to Georgia agriculture. Exposing urban youth to Georgia agriculture and emphasizing the importance of healthy lifestyles and its role in reducing childhood obesity.

Chef Gracy Day Camp
During this five-day camp, students build on the understanding of the MyPlate system. Campers not only engage in hands-on opportunities in the kitchen, they learn food safety, measuring skills, knife skills, and how to develop and follow a recipe.

On-Site (In-School) Field Trips
Clayton Fresh’s mobile market works to address poor eating habits and inactivity in youth and families. The Gracy Series is an in-school, comprehensive program for 4th grade classrooms, “Learn. Eat. Grow.” Students will enjoy three sessions throughout the school year that will introduce the MyPlate foundation and beyond. Through a mix of hands-on activities, demonstrations, and experiments, students will learn about the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
