Clayton County Solicitor-General Congratulates Graduates

Each High School Valedictorian and Salutatorian to Receive a Laptop

(Jonesboro, GA-May 2, 2022) The Clayton County Solicitor-General’s Office, Solicitor-General Charles A. Brooks, in partnership with the Clayton County Public Schools Foundation, is very excited to continue an initiative to provide laptops to each of the 24 Clayton County High School graduating valedictorians and salutatorians of the Class of 2022.

It is with the utmost admiration that we take this opportunity to congratulate the Class of 2022 graduates for completion of their secondary schooling and their strength of character during these very different times.

When asked about the Laptop Initiative, Mr. Brooks was proud to offer the following comments, “The Office of the Solicitor-General has evolved with the demands of the times and our commitment to our students of Clayton County is yet unwavering.” Solicitor Brooks continued, “I want to particularly applaud the efforts of each Valedictorian and Salutatorian of each high school for their many years of dedicated focus, discipline and seriousness of purpose as it relates to their education and future success.
