Retired Air Force Staff Sergeant Terrian F. Moore
Mrs. Terrian Moore was born in Germany to Retired Air Force Master Sergeant Freddie Florence, and his wife, Jean Florence. The military lifestyle of travel caused Terrian to seek a career with the same benefit. Terrian became a Delta Airlines Flight attendant, where she has been working for the past 28 years. Mrs. Terrian Moore is also the owner and founder of Studio One Moore Look, a healthy look at hair, where she has specialized in Sister locks for 12 years. Terrian is also studying to become a Trichologist Practitioner, receiving her certification this fall of 2024.
Terrian has also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Mexico, and a Master Cosmetology License from Ritz Beauty Academy. Terrian started her military career later in life, as Airmen 1st Class in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. She was in the reserves at Dobbins, AFRB from 2002 to 2012. Terrian deployed as a Staff Sergeant to Balad, Iraq in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom in 2009. She spent 10 years of honorable service in the United States Air Force Reserves. Terrian has earned numerous awards and decorations two of which she would like to note are;
The Joint Meritorious Unit Award Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc Silver Star 25 Years of Service and Life Member award.
Ms. Moore is a member of the Women of Clayton County (2022- Present), the Clayton County Veterans Advisory Board, the National Association of Black Military Women (2019- Life Member), and Veterans Helping Veterans Inc., Membership Chairman (2015- Present), these are just a few of the affiliations that keep her busy. Terrian has been married to her fabulous husband, James Moore, for nineteen years. James is also a veteran, who retired from the United States Navy. The Moore’s reside in Clayton County and have for over 19 years.
