Employee Relations is responsible for the following duties:
- Serves as Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Administrator
- Manages all aspects of recruitment and sourcing
- Manages the unemployment insurance process
- Serves as the Designated Employer Representor for controlled substance -alcohol testing program
- Collects and analyzes survey data to generate reports
- Conducts Exits Interviews, Stay Interviews, and 120-Day Check Point Surveys
- Identify, develop and implement strategies to promote an ideal work environment
- Manage the internal Professional Development Program including mandatory and voluntary courses
- Identify, develop and implement strategies to promote an ideal work environment
- Manage the Employee Self Service (ESS) system and provide needed support
- Assist in the investigatory process
