Employee Relations is responsible for the following duties:

  • Serves as Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Administrator
  • Manages all aspects of recruitment and sourcing
  • Manages the unemployment insurance process
  • Serves as the Designated Employer Representor for controlled substance -alcohol testing program
  • Collects and analyzes survey data to generate reports
  • Conducts Exits Interviews, Stay Interviews, and 120-Day Check Point Surveys
  • Identify, develop and implement strategies to promote an ideal work environment
  • Manage the internal Professional Development Program including mandatory and voluntary courses
  • Identify, develop and implement strategies to promote an ideal work environment
  • Manage the Employee Self Service (ESS) system and provide needed support
  • Assist in the investigatory process
