Judge Kimberly Bandoh

Judge Kimberly BandohJudge Kimberly Bandoh attended Agnes Scott College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Immediately after completing her undergraduate degree, Judge Bandoh enrolled in John Marshall Law School.

After graduating from law school, Judge Bandoh worked as a prosecutor with the Fulton County Solicitor General’s Office for three years. Concurrently, Judge Bandoh founded The Law Office of Kimberly L Fowler Bandoh, LLC in November 2005 which includes the practices of immigration, criminal law, personal injury, small business representation, and family law. In September 2012 and again in January 2021, Judge Bandoh was appointed to be an Associate Magistrate Judge in Clayton County Magistrate Court. Judge Bandoh was also appointed to serve as a pro tem Judge with the Clayton County Juvenile Court in July 2013. Judge Bandoh has worked as a Television Legal Analyst and taken on many high profile cases that have made international news. Judge Bandoh is currently a legal analyst on CourtTV.

Judge Bandoh is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Judges and Georgia Association of Black Women Judges. When Judge Bandoh is not zealously representing her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling the world.
