Magistrate Court Judges

The Chief Magistrate Judge is chosen through a countywide election by the voters of Clayton County and serves a four-year term. Associate Magistrate Judges serve one (1) year terms: January 1- December 31.  Each year they must be approved to serve on the Magistrate Court bench.
