Launch of the inaugural episode features the overarching topic of the county’s Strategic Plan with hostess Communications Administration Valerie L. Code Amendment Approved to Regulate Rental or Leasing of Single-Family Subdivisions
The Clayton County Board of Commissioners approved a County Code text amendment to regulate the rental or leasing of new single-family subdivisions. Ordinance 2021-67, approved on April 6, 2021, prevents builders and developers from constructing new homes with the intent to rent or lease them.
