As a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and Shelter in Place Declaration for Georgia, the Clayton County Board of Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, will be held as a virtual live-stream meeting at 6:30 p.m. The public may access the meeting at www.claytoncountyga.gov . The meeting is also scheduled for playback on the Clayton County Government Television Access Channel (CCTV Channel 23/AT&T U-verse Channel 99).

In an effort to maintain the spirit of openness and transparency during this time and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, citizens are invited to submit their public comments via the submission form located at: https://www.claytoncountyga.gov/government/board-of-commissioners/public-comment-form.

The comment form will be available beginning on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at 9 A.M. Submissions will be accepted until 6:30 P.M. All comments received will be considered part of the public record and will be documented in the official minutes of the meeting.
