ServSafe Manager/Employee Training 2012


ServSafe logoImprove your food safety and sanitation skills through a nationally recognized food safety sanitation course: SERVSAFE®: Serving Safe Food.

This course is certified through the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association in Chicago, Illinois and includes:

Course book: ServSafe® Essentials Fifth Edition

Instruction: 12 Hours by Certified ServSafe Trainers of The University of Georgia, Family and Consumer Sciences (Kim Siebert)

Payment must accompany the registration form to guarantee a seat and course materials. Seating is limited. Registrations are processed in order received. No walk-in registration will be accepted.

Training Dates For 2012

March 15 and 16, 2012 (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Registration deadline is Monday, February 27, 2012

June 7 and 8, 2012 (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Registration deadline is Friday, May 25, 2012

September 6 and 7, 2012 (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Registration deadline is Monday, August 20, 2012


December 6 and 7, 2012 (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Registration deadline is Friday, November 16, 2012

Study Books are provided at the Clayton County Cooperative Extension upon receipt of payment.

All class sessions will be held at: Clayton County Environmental Health Dept., Azalea Room, 1117 Battlecreek Road, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Please arrive 15 minutes early due to limited parking spaces.
