Pursuant to Clayton County Resolution No. 2012-126 Section 1., the following dates are hereby to be observed as legal holidays for all offices and departments under the jurisdiction of the Clayton County Board of Commissioners during the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013:

• Wednesday, July 4, 2012 - in observance of Independence Day
• Monday, September 3, 2012 - in observance of Labor Day
• Thursday, November 22, 2012 - in observance of Thanksgiving Day
• Friday, November 23, 2012 - in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday
• Monday, December 24, 2012 - in observance of the Christmas Eve
• Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - in observance of Christmas Holiday
• Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - in observance of New Year's Day
• Monday, January 21, 2013 - in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• Monday, May 27, 2013 - in observance of Memorial Day
