- To value property fairly and equitably at fair market
value to ensure equal distribution of property taxes.
How often does a revaluation of property occur in
Clayton County? Every three years.
How much is my property value? - We are unable
to give fair market value over the phone, but you may come into the
office and use the public terminal to gather information about your
neighborhood values, etc. or fax in your request and we will
respond as quickly as we can. You can also search property records

fax, mail or you may come into the office. We do not give ownership
