We do not appraise for loans. You may wish to hire an
appraiser from a private company.
How much will my taxes be, based on your value?
- Call the Tax
Commissioners Office at (770) 477-3311. The Assessors' Office
calculates values and the Tax Commissioners Office calculates the
taxes.
What is the assessment level? - 40%
How many days do I have to appeal my assessment
notice? 45 days from the date printed on the notice.
Who can appeal my property value? - The
property owner or authorized agent and either may submit a signed

What is the value of my neighbor's property? -

What is the millage rate? - The millage rate
varies from year to year and from each jurisdiction.
