Enterprise Services and Analytics Division


The Enterprise Services and Analytics Division directs the flow of information and technology services for Clayton County government offices.  We help provide them with the tools and support so they can deliver services to the citizens of the county.  From producing and supporting county websites to coordinating IT services for computer or programming needs, our Division is focused on keeping customers operational and informed so they can perform their duties and tasks successfully.  Our teams are customer-focused, because understanding the customers’ business needs and processes will help us find and provide the best solutions.

Organizationally, the Enterprise Services and Analytics Division is comprised of two teams:  the Service Desk Team and the Business Intelligence Team.  The Service Desk Team provides front-line technical support to County offices and coordinates solutions for our customers with all other IT Divisions.  We also facilitate all communication needs for the Department, whether for change control or emergency notifications.  The Business Intelligence Team uses a combination of business analysis with software tools to help County offices create web presences, access vital business information in graphical formats, or share information and collaborate with each other.  We also facilitate County offices replacing labor-intensive, manual processes with technology solutions that automates and streamlines those processes.  Essentially, if a customer needs information or technical services, the Enterprise Services and Analytics division is here to help.

The Enterprise Services and Analytics Division is a customer-focused division committed to managing information technology resources that meet the business needs of Clayton County.  We will facilitate the timely and effective delivery of high-quality services and business information to the right people at the right time.

Service Desk Team Mission

It is the mission of the Service Desk Team to provide an informative and supportive first line of support for customers needing Information Technology services to achieve their business objectives.  We will leverage our skills, processes and innovative software applications to evaluate the immediate and future business needs and identify the best solutions for our customers.  We will serve as coordinators for our customers and as communicators for the Department of Information Technology.

Business Intelligence Team Mission

It is the mission of the Business Intelligence Team to provide our customers with easy and timely access to their business information.  We will combine our people, software and business analytics to understand our customers’ needs and then create, enhance, and/or deliver high-quality information that helps them achieve their business goals.
