Clayton County's Annual Open Enrollment is
March 25, 2013 - April 12, 2013
Mark your calendars! Open Enrollment will run from March 25-April 12. This is a mandatory open enrollment and you MUST complete all applicable medical, dental, and vision enrollment forms to continue your coverage even if there are no changes. The Open Enrollment packages will be sent containing information on each plan. We have a new benefits website which also contains information regarding Open Enrollment. You can visit the website at www.claytonbenefits.com. Please read the information enclosed in your packet, it is extremely important that you submit the completed forms by the deadline in order to continue your coverage.
The Insurance Office will open early to better assist you with your questions. Hours at the 134 Spring Street office will be from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, March 25 - April 12.
