The Administration Division is responsible for the following
essential functions:
- Advise and Recommend solutions to Department Heads, employees
and citizens regarding Personnel related issues
- Administration/Record Keeping Duties
- Attend Board Meetings (pension meetings, commissioner's
meetings, etc.)
- Auditing and Inspecting Personnel Programs
- Conduct Investigations
- Draft Personnel Letters and Memorandums
- Employee Assistance Program
- Executive Secretary to the Civil Service Board (CSB) (appeals
and grievances)
- Personnel Policies
- Prepares responses to Open Records requests
- Recommend Discipline and/or Discharge
- Respond to Legal Charges and Claims
- Standard Operations Procedures
