Technical Review Committee meetings are held within the Community Development Department Conference Room, located at 121 South McDonough Street, Jonesboro, GA 30326. All plan review meetings will be held from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The schedule date determines at which TRC meeting applicant shall receive Staff comments. Applicants MUST attend their assigned TRC meeting to receive their comments.
Applicants must be in attendance and will be assigned time slot when fees are received. All applications must be completed and submitted prior to 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of the submission deadline.
The Planning and Zoning Office will provide each applicant with a 30 minute time slot for the TRC meeting date. If all time slots for the corresponding week are filled, the meeting date will be tabled to the next available week.
Zoning Advisory Public Hearings are limited to 10 application items per Article 10.15 of the zoning ordinance. Applicants forwarded from TRC will be added to the agenda according to date and time of original submittal.
