Bids are advertised in the "LEGAL ADS" of the Clayton News Daily on Fridays.

Bid information posted on our Web site is provided as a public service and is not intended to be a formal advertisement for bids. Every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy of the information posted within this Web site. Questions concerning bids, RFP's, and/or proposals should be directed to the Central Services Department. ((770) 477-3587) Proposals must be delivered as requested, FOB, at the Central Services Department, 7994 North McDonough Street, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236 (Clayton County, GA.) Clayton County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids/proposals, or any part thereof, to re-advertise and to waive technicalities. Bids and/or proposals are not accepted via Email or fax and will not be considered.

ANNUAL CONTRACTS - The listing of ALL Annual Contracts utilized by the County is provided for informational purposes. Vendors wishing to obtain additional information regarding a specific Annual Contract may e-mail barbara.whitton@co.clayton.ga.us. The County has annual contracts set up for various products and services throughout the County. The annual contracts are awarded solicitations which have a term length of one year or more and are renewable.
