- What is the difference between the District Attorney's
Office and the Solicitor General?
A: The District Attorney prosecutes felonies and misdemeanors and
the Solicitor's Office misdemeanors only.
- If I don't show up for court what will
A: A warrant will be issued for your arrest for failing to appear
for the hearing.
- How do I drop a case?
A: Once a case is received in the office and individual can not
drop the matter. Only the prosecutor may chose not to proceed with
