We receive referrals from law enforcement agencies, Department of Family and Children Services, school officials, parents and others.

The application procedure consists of the filing of a complaint or petition.  There is no filing fee, but the court does assess a supervision fee in cases where juveniles are placed on probation or other forms of supervision.  These fees may be used to purchase services such as counseling, educational programming, mediation services, or community services.  Our source of funding comes from Clayton County Board of Commissioners and grants from the state and federal governments and private foundations.
