The Clayton County Law Library is located at the Harold R. Banke Justice Center, 9151 Tara Boulevard, Suite 3CA01, Jonesboro, Georgia 30236. The library is open to the public Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. except on county holidays. The library contains a basic collection of reference materials covering the Georgia and Federal practice areas. It is a reference library only, and the removal of library materials from the premises is prohibited. Electronic holdings include Georgia Law, Forms, Citator for Georgia and Federal Law, and a Federal Practice Manual. The following services are available:
