Pay Traffic Citations Online

Welcome to the E-Fines Website of the Clayton County State Court Clerk's Office.  I take great pleasure in introducing you to this additional feature which will enable the citizens and visitors of Clayton County to pay their traffic citations via the internet or via phone payment.

Most traffic citations may be paid online by clicking

via automated phone system by calling 1-888-912-1527.

Please note the following when paying online:

• Tickets are payable online after they have been received and processed by the court.Please allow 7 to 10 business days.
• It can take 24 to 48 hours for the court to receive your payment.  Payments will be posted as of the date received by the court, not by the date paid.  Therefore, if you wait until a day or two before your assigned court date to pay your fine on-line or via automated phone system, then you run the risk of it not being processed in a timely fashion to avoid late penalties and your driver's license being suspended.  
• nCourt accepts credit or debit card payments using a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  A convenience fee will be charged to your account by a third party for each individual payment transaction.
• For security purposes, some credit card companies may limit the total amount charged to your line of credit for each individual transaction.  Please check with your credit card issuer, if you believe there may be a limit to the total amount you may charge to your credit card for each individual transaction.
