Southern Regional Health System
Southern Regional Medical Center, originally dedicated as
Clayton General Hospital, was established in 1971 to provide
high quality medical care to the residents of Clayton County and
surrounding communities. Southern Regional is a
not-for-profit, community based healthcare provider and began
growing into a health system in the early 1990s.
