<p style="text-align: justify;"><span>In a continuing effort to
remain open and transparent, the Human Resources and Information
Technology Departments have collaborated to give public access to
information regarding County Job Class Specifications.</span><br />
<br />
 <span>Job Class Specifications exist for over 600 County
positions. &nbsp;</span></p>

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li><span>Each class specification is a written statement that
describes the purpose of the job, its essential functions, minimum
qualifications, and other pertinent information about the
job.</span></li>
</ul>

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li><span>A class specification may describe duties, skills,
responsibilities, environmental and working conditions specific to
the job, as well as, the education and experience required to
perform the job.</span></li>
</ul>

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li><span>It is important to remember that a class specification
describes the job and not the person who holds that

conferences. This award is a fitting tribute to his service."</p>

Programs</strong><br />
